Ariel Alicea - Owner/Founder
A Las Vegas native with over 8 years of experience working with the 55+ community, Ariel Alicea is passionate about helping people live not just longer, but better. After a career in medical underwriting revealed how widespread preventable health issues are, she shifted paths—becoming a certified personal trainer and senior fitness specialist focused on holistic wellness.
Now, as the founder of Peak Vitality Health Group, Ariel blends insurance-covered dietitian services with free fitness and meditation offerings to support the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Her mission is rooted in community, prevention, and empowerment, helping older adults embrace aging as a powerful and purposeful chapter of life.
Michael Silverstein, RDN, LD
Michael earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition Sciences from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), where he concentrated on gastrointestinal health and alternative medicine. With experience across acute care, post-acute care, and outpatient settings, he is passionate about delivering up-to-date, evidence-based nutrition therapy tailored to each client's unique needs.
Outside of work, Michael is an avid hiker, musician, and proud girl-dad. His favorite indulgences? Pizza and chocolate chip cookies.
